Mirror, Mirror…
EFT practitioner, April, talks about how your space and home is a reflection of your inner energetic state. By using Feng Shui to address your space and EFT tapping to shift your inner being you can find true balance.
There are days when the story that rises in me is not a straight line at all but a quiet unfurling. A whisper from the darker corners. A reminder that growth does not always emerge in the light. Sometimes it begins in the places we rarely look.
Lately I have been thinking about the moth.
Not the butterfly we romanticise but its quieter sibling.
The one that lives in the shadows, navigating by an inner compass rather than brightness.
The moth belongs to the night and to intuition. It understands the language of the unseen. It feels its way forward long before it sees the path.
So many of us are moth like.
We walk through our days sensing something calling us to shift.
We feel the tug toward a conversation we keep avoiding, or a truth we are nearly ready to name.
And even when we cannot articulate what is changing, something in us knows. Something pulls at us the way light pulls at a moth.
This is where the mirror appears.
Not the mirror on the wall but the mirror of life itself.
Our inner world and our outer world stand face to face, reflecting what we need to see.
The house becomes a companion in our evolution.
The piles we ignore.
The objects that unsettle us.
The spaces that feel heavy or stagnant.
They speak in the same language as intuition.
They show us what wants to be cleared, softened, acknowledged or released.
Growth is not the same as change.
Change will happen whether we participate or not.
But growth is deliberate.
Growth is conscious.
Growth is the moment we recognise the mirror and choose not to look away.
And in that moment, something opens.
A crack of light.
A shift in energy.
A breath that feels deeper than usual.
We see that the space around us is not separate from our soul but intertwined with it.
And we are reminded that to evolve requires attention, tenderness and a willingness to follow the intuitive pull, the moth’s way of moving toward the next layer of ourselves.
If you are noticing these whispers in your own life, trust them.
The discomfort.
The urge to rearrange something.
The sense that your space is holding a story you are ready to revise.
Both Feng Shui and EFT can support this moment of clarity.
Feng Shui helps your outer environment become a clear mirror for your inner truth.
EFT helps the emotional layers soften so you can respond rather than resist.
Together they create a gentle pathway for growth that feels grounded, loving and human.
We are all evolving, one intuitive step at a time.
Let the mirrors guide you.
Let the moth remind you that even in the dark you are being led.
